Spot color is any color generated by an ink (pure or mixed) that is printed using a single run, these are picked using the PMS (Pantone Matching System). Spot Colour can only typically be used for print pieces with 1-3 colors only. Print pieces using spot color are bright and vibrant and are a great choice for printing logos, text and simple illustrations.
